Manifesto Garuda:
Indonesia Football Team Rebranding
This project was created as a part of Semester 5 final project for module "Graphic Design 3".
Manifesto Garuda talks about the visual exploration of Indonesia Football Team Rebranding through the lens of "Muafakat", a lifestyle concept found in Malay Archipelago which binds the whole nation as one.
The graphics and visuals created for this project are divided into two parts: (1) For the Club and (2) For the Fans. This unique division provides highly-specific function for each graphics created, each satisfying the triad that leads to the key concept "Muafakat", which is - (1) National Sentiment, (2) Heritage Focus and (3) Societal Progress.
The project ends with the discussion of "Branding for Sports" and "Branding through Sports". The co-relation between these two topics completes the fundamental understanding of how most political art works - by asking "why should we feel for a brand."
